Reminder: Submit Landscaping Plans and Exterior Changes for Approval
Loveland Midtown Residents,
As we are about halfway through summer, we would like to take a moment to remind all residents in the Loveland Midtown Metro District about the importance of submitting landscaping plans and exterior changes for approval.
As outlined in the Design guidelines, landscaping is a key component of maintaining the aesthetic appeal and harmony of our neighborhood. We appreciate your commitment to enhancing the beauty of our community through thoughtful landscaping and exterior modifications. To ensure any changes made align with the overall vision of the community, it is required for all residents to submit their landscaping plans and exterior alterations for approval prior to installing them.
- All modifications to the exterior of your home or landscaping must be applied for and approved. This includes the addition of a trampolines, sheds or pergola to your yard.
- All privacy screens must be approved by the District and must follow the District guidelines.
